HS&Co’s captures Brazilian fever as first ever Fiery Feast Night proves to be one to remember

Our first ever Fiery Feast at HS&Co did not disappoint, as our one-off Brazilian Rodizio event proved to be one for foodies to remember.

Our accomplished team of culinary connoisseurs rustled up a Brazilian banquet of brilliance for one night only that proved to be a real treat for diners, who were given the rare opportunity to enjoy as much food as their stomach allowed for just £23.

The sizzling spectacular was inspired by HS&Co’s Brazilian employees, who wanted to give local diners the chance to experience an authentic taste of South American culture through an explosive, Halal offering of the flavours that they enjoyed growing up within Brazil’s vibrant communities.

Levels of expectancy were certainly high prior to the event, with over 100 passionate foodies securing their place in advance, while the evening also caught the attention of many more passers-by on the night. Those lucky enough to get a table left with thoroughly satisfied stomachs and a fresh appreciation for Brazilian cuisine.

Our very own Great British Halal Chef, Hamza, delivered a mouth-watering menu fit to grace the local churrascarias of Sao Paulo, let alone Stratford, and a wide selection of meat and poultry was served up, each grilled to perfection on our iconic Josper grill and served from the skewer at the table in true Rodizio fashion.

The variety of fiery favourites on offer included the traditional Picanha steak – a juicy sirloin with a spicy kick – and lamb ribs. Among the more popular dishes on the night were delicious Spicy Beef Sausage – supplied by Italian experts, 20 Ways – and the flavour-packed chicken liver was also a huge hit as many restaurant goers got stuck into new flavours for the first time. Also on the menu were Top Side Beef, Chicken Steak, sticky Chicken Wings and an abundance of satisfying sides.

Those that somehow managed to find room were then met with the sweet sensation of crumbly biscuit, soft banana and that heavenly layer of light, fluffy goodness we all love courtesy of our Banana Cheesecake, while our Dolce de Leite topped off a perfect night of dining.

We were extremely flattered by the kind feedback that we received, with many diners amazed by the value for money that the event offered.
